info on R1 throttle bodies,

Evening all,

i am doing some research about converting from R1 carbs with a standard lucas ignition system to R1 Throttle Bodies with possible mega squirt as well, after several hours of googling i has come up with nothing that proves i have even spent 10 minutes looking for information,

do any of you know any good factual sites abut R1 throttle bodies and what is involved in converting to the system, ecu's, sensors etc. any information about megasquirt modifications would be helpful too.

any help would be much appreciated,

kind regards

Alex

Join the club!!! I've been looking for info myself too, but it's very elusive.

My best bet is to buy myself the engine, and test/check whatever is available.

Arse. just lost a big post through not being logged in.

If you're interested in 02/03 throttle bodies then I'll do it again. I'm converting mine to MS currently to help manage a blower conversion.
