did anyone tried to use Thompson couplings in Locost prop shafts?

They look to be still on the drawing board... Investors needed etc..

IMHO the benefits listed don't justify development.

Yeah, looks very clever.
- However somhow i doubt you would see any real diffrence between that and a traditional CV joint.
