Is this a Lada production vehicle or just based on Lada components? I'm sure you could build something like a Sylva Riot for a lot less.

Is that a pivoting wing? (i.e. on a pantograph type lever).

A chip in that windscreen could be pricey

What happens if you rolled it, how would you get out? After all that glass is laminated, scary.

crikey look in the engine bay, check the harnesses going over the top of the engine!!! no way would that pass an SVA they'd be cooked.
