I think you need to be American to get the innings/outing question, as even knowing the answer still doesn't help explain it!

Each team has to get the other team out 3 times. When each team has been to bat once, it's called an inning (and there are 9 in a game, unless
they're tied, and there are extra innings...) What is so hard about that one?
I hate baseball except when I can't sleep; it's perfect for that.
And you know-it-all Albertans (never truly trusted by my fellow British Columbians), will soon be running to Newfoundland to work instead of the other
way around!!
I got 8 by the way; only because I'm not that smart.
