Learner legal 125cc

Carrying on from my last topic about cheap 125 bikes I have had another thought.
Are all 125cc bikes Learner legal? I have seen some nice ones about and there is a lovely little cruiser styled bike that is a V-twin 125! Is this still Learner legal?
cheers.

You'll probably find most 125 4 strokes are learner legal, you're allowed up to 11 kW (14.6bhp).

If it's a Honda Shadow you're looking at, they're definately learner legal.

Have a ride on one first and also try a CG125 as well, I tried both and went straight for the CG due to the handling characteristics
