Sorry, for the OT! But, does anyone know what the SpecR chassis weighs in comparison to the Indy?

Not sure on the weight of each type of chassis Steve,but they are around the same weight,the Indy R chassis has more material in it,but most of it is round tube,so stronger but not as heavy as the square box it replaces.

Just to add my old Indy weighed 480kgs,my new Indy weighs 496kgs,both built to around the same spec,but my new car has a full cage,my old car just had a single roll bar.

If I want to order an aeroscreen and some other bits from them for the Indy I have (but didnt build) are they happy to be given a ring? The price list isnt downloadable yet
