zx12r coolant

I've finished pluming in the cooling to my zx12r engine and it's ready for filling, what is the correct coolant to use and what is the best method for filling, the rad has a bleed screw at the top, to ensure no air locks.

For a lot of bikes it's 50:50 anti-freeze:distilled water but it might be worth checking in the Haynes book of lies (useful to have for the bike engine in a BEC anyway)....

Normal Anti freeze to the correct ratio on the bottle and I have added water wetter as well just to help with the cooling.
I just filled the system up and ran the engine with the expansion tank cap off till the thermostat opened and squeezed the flexible pipes had no problems with air locks.

Yep, we just fill it up through the expansion/header tank and then run the engine with the cap off for a while. Just keep topping it up as the system fills.
