Wheels and tires

I'm almost at the end of my build, and looking at wheels and tyres.....

I have 3 questions.....

My first is this.....

I have a tiger speedo as in this pic

and wanted to know if anyone had passed sva using this, and if so what wheels and tires they used. Aslo the offset if u know it would be helpfull.

2nd question.....

What Offset should i go for if i don't want to widen the arches?

And third.....

Could you all reply with some pics of your wheels as i can't tell what would look good.

I know i'm demanding aren't I...... Cheers in advance....... jamie

What do you need to know about the speedo.

The radius will not count as it is behind the steering wheel.

If you are talking about callibration, then mine passed, SVA chap said it was spot on, 100% accurate.

I used the same guages and fitted 15 inch wheels (Picture in my archive). The SVA guy gave a thumbs up from the rolling road doing the speed test and said the calibration was 100% when he got out.

I did have to trim lip of the arch to stop it scrubbing on the tire though. Fairly easy with a dremmel and then added U section round the entire wheel arch. It was only a problem on the drivers side but I did both.

Thanks
Adrian
