etc. etc.

What do we all do with a engine wich is after 95 and doesn´thas labda?? how will it pas sva?

to the emmisions from N. Ireland. I *think* they're the same as the ones on the mainland. For Lamda 0.97-1.03 you will need to fit a catalytic converter, yes, even though they are not required on motorbikes.
The rest of the settings can be achieved by careful adjustment of your fueling.
What we used to do was use a cat for SVA but we didn't have to use it for MOT because the rules for Q plates was just a visible smoke check. In Northern
Ireland that has changed they now require a cat at MOT.

Sorry, I had a wee look at the regs I linked to and the years don't match up with the years at SVA. I'm unsure why - I thought there was a pre 1995 date not mentioned in the NI MOT regs.
