veiw of Speedo

Here is a pic of drivers eye view of the speedo with the SVA steering wheel, I need to tilt my head to see the whole dial.

Is this OK for SVA?

If not I could always swap over the Tacho / Speedo gauges for the SVA test.

Why do they call Port Harcourt "The Garden City"?...... Becauase they can't spell Stramash.

Manual says...

"Check that the speedometer is capable of being read at all times of the day or night, eg by illumination.
Note: Temporary obstruction by the steering wheel is acceptable."

So if they're sticking ridgidly to the rules I'd say not. Your's is perminaently partially obscured. However when it comes to the fog light tell-tail, "reasonable movment by the driver" is allowed in order to view it so you might get away with it for the speedo as well if its only the last bit of the dial and they're feeling generous.

Personally I'd swap them over. You'll watch the tacho more anyway.
