Could be the camera angle, but are those seats tall enough?

Lovely looking car! But I'd fail you on principle with that steering wheel! I assume that'll be off post IVA.

Think you wil find that the inner end of the track rod end (where it is a hex shape) will need to be covered with the plastic sleeving. When mine was IVA'd it was failed as the tester could still feel the hex shape through the sleeve and I had to wrap it with foam and then sleeve it.

Agree with the trackrod bolt. Will need to be covered.

How do the harnesses sit when you're in the seat? Looks like they may be resting on the seat??

Is there a height requirement within the iva?

Side repeaters was one thing I was expecting to crop up, they are mounted reasonably high up on the scuttle, I've had a look at roughly the correct distance and I think I may get away with them.

Wing stays, are you meaning the radius? If so then yes these have a decent radius.

I also had that feeling! I think I'll whip it off tomorrow and see if I can trim some off on the guillotine.

Whats the radius of the bottom of the dash, or is it padded?

I'll get these sorted, typically I did originally have these covered but decided to have a change as I had some heat shrink in the mix which was never going to be a goer!

A very tidy build.
Mainly repeats of various above,

latest manual notes that the vin plate should contain AND be laid out exactly as shown on the manual, you can remove weight info etc, but not add anything, and must be in the right order.

Side repeaters, you have to remember its not only the 5degrees from the rear but the 5 degrees below horizontal. If you mark out 5 degrees from rear, which usually means you can just see them over the rear arches, but then drop your line of sight down below being level with the lights, I suspect they will disappear before you reach 5degrees.

Additionally to what others have said, is your fuel filler hose suitably marked for fuel or documened as such?

Looks like a nice build. I think most of my points have been covered. Have you thought about the top of the front shocks? I put stretch boots over the shocks and all the inboard wishbone mounts. I also went overboard and covered every edge on the suspension just about. Are you putting covers under the dash? Helps keep prying eyes out! Have you got locking bolts under the roll hoop? Mine was bolted down to welded in nuts on the plate and he wanted to see locking nuts or spring washers on them. That and the headlight aim were the only things he picked me up on.

This is a link to the filler hose that I bought from CBShttp://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/ultra-flexible-fuel-filler-hose-51mm-2 , they also supplied in a fashion a CofC, basically stating that the filler hose was suitable for fuel although the hose its self isn't marked.

Don't know if this has been picked up already your rear lights indicators are not vertical?

Is there a tank breather and roll over valve or loop

It's only the fog light that has to be vertical, the rest are fine.

Looks a very neat build OP, well done.
Not sure about the space behind the dash, he'll put his hand in there if he can get it there and feel for sharp bits. Might be worth tacking a bit of carpet in there?

Hi, yes there is a tank breather and roll over valve.

Not sure about the lights though!, I'll have a look at the iva manual but I thought it only applied to the reversing light?

I'll sort this today as I couldn't for the life of me think of or find a suitable nut cover.
