Hi
Home brew kit as follows:
Peugeot 206 GTi rear calipers (Saxo & 106 the same).
Fiesta discs machined to fit directly onto the halfshafts so you won't need to machine the halfshafts - this is a better solution than machining
the halfshafts as it's more likely you'll need to replace a halfshaft than a disc!
Steel mounting brackets - home made. I made the first set in wood then got them machined up. They didn;t fit on another Locost though because the
locating brackets were in the way - cue Chris :-)
Set of pads
Handbrake cables (pair)

Hardest parts are making the caliper brackets and working out the handbrake end (easy of you can weld brackets!)

Rover 200/400 rear calipers are a good choice

Rover calipers are a very good choice! I had the Peugeot and a pair of Rover ones side by side and the only difference was the ROver were a fair bit
heavier. I did a comparison of the weights here but didn't weigh the Rover
ones - sorry.

One thing to beware of on Pug calipers is that they are famous for broken bleed nipples -- caveat emptor when buying.

I've just found the sketch / drawing of my brackets . It's
here
A word of warning though - they fitted on mine not on somebody else's because the axle brackets were in a different place! Try making them in
card first and see how they look!
