Cortina upright toe settings
craig_007 - 1/9/08 at 08:45 PM

I'm needing to get my tracking sorted out and I'm curious as to what toe setting I should be running,I have read various posts stating that Cortina uprights benefit from toe out approx 1mm !! Is this correct ?????

I'm going to run camber at 1.5 negative.

Any input would be ideal.

Thanks Craig

The figures in THIS thread may help, it's what my cortina front/ capri rear book car was set to.

Thanks for that Dan,

I have tooken a note of your serttings so will likely go with those settings,I too have Cortina front and Capri rear.Have you had the corner weights done too ??

How does your handle? Have you had it on track ??

Cheers Mike

The corner weights were listed in that link as well.

Only once on track, no nasty suprises, which was nice. On the road, must more assured.

Take a look at the cortina original settings, a good starting point except for the castor due to the weight difference Rescued attachment Cortina.JPG
