You can get a circa 1999 m5 for £5-8k, thats one serious motor for the money. Plenty of space, plenty of weight (important IMHO when your missus might
end up crashing it), and quality too.
Was watching an rs6 the other day that ended at £5.5k, bargain!
Been thinking of getting that £1500 s6 off ebay, and seeing how long i can manage without reverse!
Beware! Bourettes is binfectious.

Dunno, what with the Price of fuel in Europe.
BMW's and Mercs just Inhale fuel at frightening rates. Even more so when fitted with 'peformance' engines.
They consume enough to give pause, over 'here' on the left Coast of North America where Fuel is ~4+$/gallon for 94
I would think it might be more than a bit of a shock what with British Wages and Silly priced fuels.
