Power Commander III mapping for BEC advice

Hi all,

I've just finished the build on my new engine - Suzuki GSXR 1000 K4, ported head, Piper PS11 cams timed with adjustable sprockets, high comp head gasket (0.018" among other stuff.

It's in the car and runs now, but won't idle as the fuel map on it is way out for the cam I'm now running, and so is the standard ignition map. I have a PCIII and Ignition Module so I can get both the fuel and ignition mapped, so I was wondering if anyone can recommend a place in the North West that'll do a good job.

I'm obviously doing my research, but thought that the site would be a good port of call too. If anyone has any experience of different firms, please shout up.

Cheers,

Carse

Not used them myself but Bailey Performance can map power commanders and come recommended by people on here, Dale the owner is a member on here.
Based in Broseley near Telford, so not too far from you

Just uploaded a few to flickr I took a while ago: https://www.flickr.com/gp/76177395@N05/N5vx04

A few double-ups, and all the rusty bits have now been powder coated, so it looks a bit tidier.

Might see you up the Ponderosa at some point this summer when the motor is mapped and running right!

Do you know anyone else who regularly goes for a drive at weekends or whenever? If so, let me know and I'll tag along at some point.

Cheers,

Carse

This is my first kit car, and not road legal yet.Steve is on his fifth build, but he hasn't had one on road for couple of years.
Used to go to local Westfield club meetings, and they usaully had runs out around south Shropshire, craven arms etc.
Otherwise it's into either north or mid Wales
