If you read that site I posted he saves a tenner a tank after tax (and shows his working). Arguably not worth it, but a saving of £40 a month just for filling in some forms seems reasonable.

Red diesel is easily identafiable from derv (duty paid stuff), but LPG for road and LPG for industrial is exactly the same stuff (as i understand it), different price though without the road tax.

yep.... you still have the hassle (in my case) of having to get 240 litres of cooking oil from 1 or 2 litre (unless you go cash and carry and thats more hassle) thro a funnel into the tank each month.

not my bag.
