Closed thread?

Unless it's me or my computer this thread has been closed?

http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=107969

If it has been closed I think that is a mistake, There have been some serious build issues bought up in that thread that concern safety.

Not only is this a forum, a place where liberal (not offensive) debate should ensure but by closing a thread with such content you take away the ability for us to become self policing - if we don't self police then you will end up putting the policing into the hands of those we fear most - Politicians who know nothing about what we do and will restrict our freedoms as they sway on the conservative side.

We need to both support and to critisise each other to keep our hobby a healthy one.

As fozzie will have posted.

Hold your horses before opening a new thread and ranting.

I doubt very much the thread was "policed". If it was, fozzie would have made the last post on it explaining why.

More than likely it was closed by the OP who unlike the "gravediggers" thought it was time to move on.

I think the PRC secret police are on to you!
The thread remains open for me at least.

As for the thread, I wish it would go away and Gakes got the chance to start again.
I don't see the point in a poo throwing contest based on out of date information.

Hmmmm ... no, it has been closed, as in no other posts can be added to it......

Not done by me, so can only have been done by ChrisW.......

It is one that I have missed, as it should have been closed for a number of reasons......

It was started nine months ago, and resurrected recently........

So...apologies for letting it go on for so long.

I always close a thread with a reason, if it has just been closed, then it has been done so by The Boss ....aka ChrisW.

If anyone is unsure as to why a thread has been closed, you can always u2u me, and I will reply with a reason....

Yet again, my apologies for not closing it before......
