Mini VTEC

I saw this a while ago in one of the monthlies. Looking at it again, I thought maybe the design of the subframe would be a useful start for someone wanting to sling a VTEC in a midi. I may have thought wrongly?
Anyway here it is :

At one time, http://racetec.net/index.htm offered a mid-engine Mini for about $25K, you supply the Mini. While he's still around, his site doesn't offer it any longer.

FWIW I'm building a mid-engine Mini from the ground up.

Have you seen the FRA mini fibre glass bodytub? That would be a good place to start for a complete kit style build with one of their subframe kits.
