Anyone with a 2ltr Pinto and Bosch Dizzy

Calling all members running a 2ltr Pinto with a Bosch electonic dizzy and the little black box - help.
Does anyone have any diagrams as I may be confused. I know there are 3 different black boxes and a few dizzys and need to get it right. I have had the thing running, but also had some bolts of lightning from the coil.My black box is of the 83BB12A199B51 variety and I have the Bosch electronic dizzy.
Cheers,
Pat.....

Pat

I'm running a bosch single vac transit dizzy with the transit amp/module,ign module has 6 working wires and are as follows.

BROWN = earth
ORANGE = dizzy
VIOLET = dizzy
WHITE = Switched 12V +ve (small spade on starter motror)
BLACK = +ve on coil
GREEN = - ve on coil

White was the wire that confused me as was told some people do not use it,and some people said join it with black wire which confused m even more.

I hope this helps in some way,but i'm sure plenty of others will contribute.

if in doubt do a search on pinto amp module wiring.
