Yes I have had items from Dave on several occasions, always very good quality and a pleasure to deal with directly.
I can vouch for his service and I am sure plenty of others on the Haynes forum could also support this.
In this case I would accept his previous communication providing that the goods are delivered promptly now

Thanks Colin. I imagine most people in this thread (like me) have already paid for a diffuser though. I'll wait for an update from the OP first
before looking elsewhere.
