Q Plate and emissions

Wich emissions are now needed to be passed when engine is after 1995

Also how are they measured?
at idle?

and at 75% max rpm?

if noise is at 3/4 of max RPM, this i guess comes from your submissions on the SVA application form, therefore ,

can you specify a lower top RPM, e.g. 4500 and therefore put the noise reading taken at a lower RPM?

IIRC it's not max RPM but 3/4 of RPM for max power.

ok, so could you specify max power at a lower RPM? e.g. say, my max power is at 4500 rpm?

It was on the old form, but when I filled mine out I put max power at 10,000 rpm, when I got my declaration through it said the rpm is the max rpm, not the rpm at max power.
