i have some interesting news on these lights.

i have a pair and took my car for SVA yesterday - i did the 15 degree rotation of the lens to get the kick up.

the examiner kind of tilted his head and said the lenses were at a funny angle.
i told him thats because they were originally bike lights and throw a flat beam and i rotated them to give it the kickup to the left.

his response: you are aloud a flat beam! so they would of passed without the mod.

they did however pass with the rotated lenses so can confirm that they will go through SVA

From Dan, above

That is excellent news & interesting he's saying they would pass without modification.
As regards anyone still wishing to get involved with the group buy, I will be putting in at least one more batch order so mail/u2u me if you want to get on board.
Westy Turbo, did you want some sent to Greece by any chance??? You have u2u

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

Lights arrived today. Many thanks!

The mental gymnastics a landlord will employ to justify immoral actions is clinically fascinating. Just because something is legal doesn't make it moral.
